A Sampling of Wedding Moments

Here is a sampling of wedding moments that I have captured.  All with Canon 20D 24-70mm lens.  Some shot apperature priority and some in program.

The image of the groom's hands around his bride's waist is not true photojournalistic, but it is one of my favorite shots.  Sharlane was doing a portrait of the couple and I ran around the side and got the image of the groom's hands around his bride.  This shot always warms my heart. The way he his holding her close to him and the showing of his ring that symbolizes his commitment to her.

The image of the mother of the bride with her hand to her mouth is a shot of her seeing her daughter for the first time...wearing her wedding dress.  The professional photographers were outside taking portraits of the groomsmen when I was inside with the bride (a friend of mine) capturing special moments before the ceremony.

The little children standing in the church, isn't posed.  I just happened by them as they were listening to the musicians practice before the ceremony.  They later ran down the aisle.
